Terms of Service

By accessing or using Edgely ("the Service") at xedgely.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Edgely provides a reverse proxy service that routes HTTP/HTTPS traffic from your custom domains to origin URLs you specify (e.g. a Lovable, Framer, Webflow, or Vercel deployment). The Service includes automatic SSL provisioning, optional edge caching, and optional third-party integrations.

The Service is currently offered free of charge during the beta period. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans at any time with reasonable advance notice.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using Edgely, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@xedgely.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Proxy content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of your visitors.
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, spam, or any malicious content.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Circumvent access controls of third-party platforms in violation of their terms.
• Launch denial-of-service attacks or abuse the edge network.
• Proxy adult content without taking appropriate age-verification measures required by law.
• Resell the Service without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

You represent that you own or have the legal right to configure the domains you add to Edgely. You are solely responsible for ensuring your DNS configuration complies with the requirements of your domain registrar and any applicable platform's terms of service.

Edgely automatically provisions SSL/TLS certificates for your domains via Vercel's certificate management. Certificate issuance is subject to domain verification and may be delayed or unavailable in some cases. We are not responsible for any downtime caused by certificate provisioning delays.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee any specific uptime. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Planned and unplanned maintenance may cause temporary interruptions. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.

All content, trademarks, and software comprising the Edgely platform are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you. You retain full ownership of the content served through your domains.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Vercel, Neon, xSeek, etc.). Your use of these integrations is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions or availability of third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edgely and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or $10 if you have paid nothing).

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, extended inactivity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your domain configurations and data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will attempt to provide additional notice (e.g. by email).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Quebec, Canada.
